Garry Conn - The Only True Make Money Online Guru

Published by seo77 under General, Link Love, Make Money Online

A lot of people say they will teach you how to make money online. Very very few give that information away for free. If you are like me you are probably tired of all the banners about sitting on the beach and making thousands of dollars, or learn to be a internet millionaire in ten easy steps, etc… Everyone has a secret forumula for sale.

Garry Conn is definitely not like that. In my opinion he has emerged as the only real “make money online” guru around. Why do I say that? Garry gives detailed, step by step instructions on how to set up money making niche websites. For instance, take yesterdays posting titled “Make Money Online Building A Blog About Gardening“. Garry explains the process from keyword research all the way through domain name selection and everything in between to set up a blog that will make money using adsense. He even provides a list of available domain names that he has researched.  Garry also gives his thought process to each step so the reader can fully understand why he is doing what he is doing in selecting and building a niche site.

This blog posting isn’t the first time he has provided step by step instructions of this nature. He has done it several times and each time he lays it all out there for anyone to follow.

Of course he has developed some tools for the serious web entrepreneur but for the most part Garry gives away what he has learned. I am a firm believer in “what goes around comes around” and they way Garry gives away and shares his knowledge can only mean that he will be successful in all he does beyond his wildest dreams.  I for one want to thank Garry for what he has shared.

If you are serious about learning how to make money online, then visite GarryConn.com and subscribe to his RSS feed and keep up with what he has to share.

Building A Profitable Niche Blog

Published by seo77 under General, Link Love, Make Money Online

I have been reading Garry Conn’s blog for quite some time now and he offers a lot of good advice.  I have been dealing mostly with larger websites for my money making efforts and have only just recently started to explore niche blogging for income. Garry has developed an eBook that I opted to purchase called “CyberCoders Wordpress Niche Guide” and I am going to put it to the test. I don’t doubt that if I follow his instructions I will be able to build a niche blog that generates income.  He doesn’t promise overnight thousands like so many other ebooks and sites that offer advice. What Garry does is offer good solid advice.

So with that said I am going to use the Wordpress theme he has developed and follow his instructions and see what happens. I have registered a couple domain names in some niches that I think will do well.  My goal is to set up one niche blog a week.  Let’s jump in and see what happens.

I highly recommend reading Garry Conn’s blog posting titled “Make Money Online By Building Profitable Niche Blogs

From 333 to Top 25 on 45n5.com In One Year

Published by seo77 under General, Link Love

For that last 6 months I have been using www.45n5.com as my source for updated blogs rather than RSS feeds. This is primarily due to the fact that 90 percent of the blogs that I read on a regular basis are on Mark Wielgus’
listing of blogs. Updated blogs are highlighted in the MoneyLinks section and his top 100 blogs listings has grown to 349.  At the top are bloggers like Darren Rowse of ProBlogger, John Chow and Jeremy Schoemaker’s ShoeMoney blog. Then at near the bottom you have me:  x7SEO.com at number 333.  I am only 16 from the bottom and a long long way from the top.

Well, I have set a goal for myself and that is to try and improve this blog to the point where I find myself in the top 25 of this list by this time next year.  So with that said, let’s see where we are at on September 10, 2009.

Good job on 45n5.com Mark - This is my number one stop on the web.

Shoemoney Has A New Look

Published by seo77 under General, Link Love

It looks like Shoemoney.com has a new look and I am diggin’ it.  Nice and crisp, neat and orderly. That appeals to my military background.  Even though it has a similar look, it is much cleaner and doesn’t look at all cluttered.  Good job to the guys at Unique Blog Designs.

Ever Wonder What The First Blog Posts Were For The Top Bloggers

Published by seo77 under General, Link Love

I got a little curious today about the top bloggers first entries - Yaro Starak, John Chow, Jeremy Schoemaker and Darren Rowse.  It is kind of interesting to see the diversity of each of their first blog postings. I thought is was a great coincidence that Jeremy Schoemaker referenced his first posting today…….

First up was Darren Rowse of ProBlogger.net in  Sept 2004 - The blog title was “Get to the Point” and talked about what length a blog posting should be. This blog started out from day one giving information on how to blog.

Number two was Yaro Starak of Entrepreneurs-Journey in Nov 2004. - The blog evidently had a different name and focus at that time. The blog title was “Welcome to the BetterEdit Blog” and was a record of the growth and changes of BetterEdit.com which sometime along the way was purchased.

In August of 2005 Jeremy Schoemaker arrived on the scene with Shoemoney.com and a simple blog post titled: “Hello World“.

In December 2005 John Chow started rambling at JohnChow.com with his first blog post called “Welcome To The New JohnChow.com

Blogs provide an interesting snapshot in time of what was on the mind of the writer and what topics they started out with.  What was your first blog post about? Does anyone know who claims to have the first blog? That is something I would like to see. ( maybe it was Al Gore ?????? - after all he did invent the Internet )

( Please note:  I used each blog’s archives to try and determine the first blog posting of each. If they are not correct please forgive me….)
